Get Back to Activity Without Surgery
If you are dealing with joint pain or an injury that is preventing you from living an active lifestyle – but you aren’t ready for surgery — it’s time to explore non-surgical regenerative medicine treatment options. Dr. Meyers specializes in advanced regenerative orthopedics for joint pain, arthritis, sports injuries, and chronic discomfort.
Meet Thomas — 8 Years of Pain Relief from a Single Stem Cell Procedure
In 2017 Thomas was told he needed a hip replacement — but he chose stem cell therapy instead. That single stem cell procedure provided 8 years of pain relief for Thomas. So, when his arthritis pain started to return recently, he came back for a second treatment. Now just one month after his repeat procedure he already has less pain walking and can put on his shoes and socks more easily than before.
Watch as Thomas explains his first stem cell experience in a video he filmed with Dr. Meyer’s back in 2017.
Recognize these Symptoms?
Dr. Steve Meyers has helped countless patients overcome pain and regain mobility using advanced regenerative orthopedic treatments like Stem Cell Therapy and PRP (platelet rich plasma). These treatments use cells sourced from your own body — never from a donor or tissue bank.
From chronic joint pain caused by arthritis to sudden sports injuries like meniscus tear, Dr. Meyers has regenerative treatment options tailored to your unique injury. Even if you’ve been told surgery is your only option, get a second opinion from Dr. Meyers. Regenerative medicine is a proven treatment to effectively delay or eliminate the need for surgery.
Where do Stem Cells Come From?
At Dr. Meyers’ orthopedic clinic, stem cells are ALWAYS HARVESTED FROM YOU, never from another person or tissue bank. The process begins by harvesting adipose tissue (fat) from your own body using liposuction from your belly region. Adipose tissue is one of the richest sources of stem cells with over 500 times more concentration of stem cells than bone marrow.
Dr. Meyers then processes the tissue and injects the fat tissue stem cells into your damaged joint. This is done the same day, without general anesthesia, and is precisely guided by ultrasound to deliver the cells directly into the damaged area of the joint. The result is improved pain and function in addition to some healing of cartilage damage.
