58 year old male presented with right knee pain. History of ACL ligament tear 1993. Progressive pain over the past year. Aching pain with grinding and catching sensation. Pain increases with impact activities, pivoting and working out at CrossFit. Xray shows significant arthritis with near bone-on-bone appearance in the medial aspect of the joint. After discussion of treatment options, he decided to have regenerative cellular treatment with cells from his own fat tissue.
Today, 3 months out from procedure, he back at the gym working out and is 100% pain free!
