Cecilia presented with bilateral knee arthritis pain in 2018. Pain with standing, bending, and squatting. X-rays at the time revealed moderate arthritis with joint space loss in the medial aspect of both knee joints with spurring. After discussing treatment options, she decided to have adipose stem cell treatment.

Within three months, her pain had completely resolved. She has remained pain-free this entire time. I saw her today for a different issue. She remains pain-free. X-rays of her knees today revealed that her joint space narrowing has not advanced since her stem cell treatment. She has no pain with normal activities throughout the day. Her knee arthritis does not limit her activities at all.
